Incentive Trip March 2026 Advertising Company in Belgium | 100 Guests
A leading advertising company rewarded 100 of its highest-achieving individuals with an exclusive two-night incentive trip to Malta. Combining distinctive local transport, island exploration, private dining and vibrant nightlife, the programme offered the perfect balance of discovery, celebration and relaxation.
Day 1 | Arrival, Maltese Traditions and an Exclusive Afterparty
Upon arrival in Malta, guests were privately transferred to their hotel, where a welcome lunch and reception awaited them on the terrace during check-in. This relaxed introduction allowed the group to settle in while enjoying their first taste of Maltese hospitality.
After some time at leisure, the evening began with a surprise: four traditional Maltese buses arrived to transport the group to Chophouse Restaurant. The exclusive welcome dinner opened with a standing reception, followed by a refined dining experience overlooking the picturesque harbour.
Following dinner, guests returned to St Julian’s for an exclusive afterparty at Hugo’s Terrace, where the celebrations continued late into the evening.
Day 2 | Gozo Buggy Adventure and Private Corporate Party
The following morning, the group travelled to Gozo for an adventurous day exploring Malta’s sister island aboard chauffeur-driven buggies.
The experience took guests through Gozo’s rugged countryside and dramatic coastal scenery, with stops at the Inland Sea, the historic Xwejni Salt Pans and the spectacular Wied il-Mielaħ Window.
Lunch was served at Country Terrace, where an exclusive barbecue buffet awaited the group. The restaurant’s panoramic views provided a memorable setting in which to relax and enjoy a generous selection of freshly prepared dishes.
That evening, Infinity by Hugo’s was reserved exclusively for the group’s private corporate party. A live DJ set the atmosphere, while finger food and unlimited drinks were served throughout the event. A fully equipped photo booth, complete with an extensive selection of playful props, allowed guests to capture lasting memories of the celebration.
Day 3 | Valletta, Marsaxlokk and Farewell Lunch
On departure day, guests boarded private coaches with their luggage and travelled to Valletta for a short guided walking tour of Malta’s historic capital.
The journey then continued to Marsaxlokk, the island’s colourful fishing village, where guests enjoyed free time to explore the waterfront and browse the traditional market.
The programme concluded with a hearty farewell lunch at Liska Restaurant, providing one final taste of Maltese cuisine before the group’s departure.
The level of professionalism and skills which were displayed by the team at On Site Malta was exceptional. This was a big event with 1400 international participants and having 13 parallel sessions and pre and post conference activities. On Site Malta were there to plan out the right path for this event from inception to completion. We worked hand in hand and under their leadership, tenacity and intense patience with the demanding organizing committee.
Indeed it was a joyful experience to work with such a skillful team which made the organisation meetings something to look forward to.”
